Michael Lang - Michael is the former Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Development at U.S. Physical Therapy a publicly traded company. He was responsible for the identification, development and operation of partner-owned facilities. He is a strong believer in the partner concept and started OTP to focus exclusively on opening clinics with entrepreneurial therapists. He is a CPA and holds a real estate license. Mike is married and has two teenage children.

Pepi Nichols – Pepi was the original controller at U.S. Physical Therapy and was with the company for over twelve years. She developed solid relationships with the therapist partners helping them understand the business side of operating a successful clinic. She managed the day-to-day accounts payable, banking, and payroll responsibilities, allowing the therapist partners to focus on treating patients and building their practices. She helped them to receive the appropriate reimbursement for their services and to assist in the overall impact of collections and cash flow to operate a profitable business. Pepi is married and has two children and two grandchildren.

Tria Kirchheiner – Tria was instrumental in the development of therapist relationships while at U.S. Physical Therapy. She has a keen understanding of the characteristics necessary for a therapist to have a successful private practice. She helps guide partners through the development process and is always available to address their questions and to provide guidance. Tria is married and has two young children.
