  • Develop charge master to insure competitive rates for the market
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate credentials and certifications to insurance clinic’s compliance with national and state regulations
  • Negotiate insurance contracts beneficial to the individual clinic’s needs
  • Implement patient information process to streamline front office services
  • Oversee collection procedures and processes to insure good cash flow


Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources

  • Set up accounting systems (financial, accounts payable, banking, payroll)
  • File appropriate documents and tax returns
  • Oversee and implement payroll and benefits
  • Address human resource issues
  • Provide recruiting support as the clinic's staffing needs change
