- Create marketing materials to enhance clinic’s visibility in the market area
- Develop a marketing plan to increase clinic’s growth
- Assist in marketing to current and new referral sources
Billing and Collection
- Establish a billing system and procedures to streamline office operations
- Develop charge master to insure competitive rates for the market
- Obtain and maintain appropriate credentials and certifications to insurance clinic’s compliance with national and state regulations
- Negotiate insurance contracts beneficial to the individual clinic’s needs
- Implement patient information process to streamline front office services
- Oversee collection procedures and processes to insure good cash flow
Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources
- Set up accounting systems (financial, accounts payable, banking, payroll)
- File appropriate documents and tax returns
- Oversee and implement payroll and benefits
- Address human resource issues
- Provide recruiting support as the clinic's staffing needs change
